This class can schedule jobs stored in files and MySQL.

It is based on a class originally written by Richard Sumilang.

It can create a list of job schedules similar to the cron program.

The jobs schedules may be saved to files or to a MySQL database. A directory for saving the schedule files may be created if necessary.

The class can also read the schedules stored in the database.
