This class can retrieve the latest tweets of an user or hash tag.

It can retrieve and parse the RSS feed of public tweets of a given user or that use a given hash tag.

The class returns the parsed tweets in an array with the text, data and URL of each tweet.

It can limit the total number of retrieved to tweets.
